The production house behind Stree 2 recently shared a poster on X, proudly announcing the latest box office figures for the film. The poster declared, “Stree Mania continues! ₹428 crore worldwide GBO. India GBO ₹363 crore rs, overseas GBO ₹64 crore rs. Total net collection India: ₹308 crore. Day 1-7: ₹289.6 crore. Day 8 (Thursday): ₹18.2 crore.”
Celebrating this achievement, the film’s team captioned the post, “Stree mania sweeps the nation, hitting yet another record! Thank you, everyone, for your immense and blockbuster love.” The horror-comedy continues its dominance at the box office, breaking records and capturing audiences worldwide.

Stree 2 is the latest installment in producer Dinesh Vijan’s expanding horror-comedy universe. The film picks up after the events of 2018’s Stree, where the ghost of a wronged courtesan returns to the town of Chanderi to help Vicky (played by Rajkummar Rao) and his friends as they battle a new mystical threat called Sarkata.
