Dulquer Salmaan’s latest Malayalam film I’m Game box office collection day 4 remained steady over the first weekend. The film earned an estimated ₹4.35 crore net in India on Sunday.

The latest figure takes the film’s four-day India net collection to ₹19 crore. Its India gross has reached around ₹22.20 crore, according to Sacnilk data reported by multiple outlets.

Worldwide, the film has performed strongly during its opening weekend. Its total global gross has reached approximately ₹39.70 crore after four days.

I’m Game Day 4 collection remains stable

The film collected ₹5.40 crore on its opening day in India. It then earned ₹4.90 crore on Day 2 and ₹4.35 crore on Day 3.

Sunday brought another ₹4.35 crore, keeping the weekend run stable. The film recorded this figure across 2,910 shows, according to Sacnilk.

Kerala continued to be the biggest contributor to the film’s business. The Malayalam version alone recorded ₹3.10 crore net on Day 4.

The Telugu version earned ₹70 lakh, while the Tamil version contributed ₹50 lakh. The Hindi version added around ₹5 lakh on Sunday.

I’m Game closes in on Khalifa’s worldwide total

The ₹39.70 crore worldwide gross puts the Dulquer Salmaan film close to Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Khalifa. The latter crossed ₹40 crore worldwide within seven days of release.

I’m Game is therefore around ₹30 lakh short of the ₹40 crore mark. However, comparisons depend on the specific collection tracker and reporting period.

Khalifa had crossed ₹40 crore worldwide by August 27. It was directed by Vysakh and released on August 20.

Dulquer Salmaan returns to Malayalam cinema

I’m Game marks Dulquer Salmaan’s return to Malayalam cinema after King of Kotha. The fantasy thriller was released in theatres on September 3.

Nahas Hidhayath directed the film and co-wrote its screenplay. The cast includes Antony Varghese, Mysskin, Kayadu Lohar and Samyuktha Viswanathan.

The film was released in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. Its overseas business has also contributed significantly to the worldwide total.
