Disha Salian Case Takes Fresh Turn: Bombay HC Orders CBI Probe, Says No Accused Without Evidence
The Bombay High Court on Wednesday ordered a CBI probe into Disha Salian’s death. The court also directed the agency to register an FIR in the case.
The order followed a petition filed by Satish Salian, Disha Salian’s father. He had sought a fresh investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death in June 2020.
