The ongoing NEET-UG 2026 paper leak controversy has triggered widespread outrage and emotional distress across India, with several aspirants reportedly losing their lives after the cancellation of the highly competitive medical entrance examination.

Families of affected students say the sudden cancellation of the exam shattered years of hard work and pushed many candidates into deep mental stress.
